Copying, distributing, or reverse engineering any part of the Services without authorization.

4. AI Processing and Decision-Making

(a) AI-Driven Evaluations: Our AI interview technology analyzes voice responses to assess compatibility, personality traits, and job fit. While AI provides insights, final hiring decisions remain at the discretion of human decision-makers.

(b) Compliance: Our AI is designed to operate in compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidelines.

6. 10DLC Messaging Compliance

(a) SMS Communications: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your application and interview process. You may opt-out by replying "STOP."

(b) Regulatory Compliance: We adhere to all 10DLC messaging regulations, including transparency, opt-in requirements, and compliance with The Campaign Registry (TCR) standards.

We may integrate with third-party platforms, such as Vapi AI, for voice processing. By using our Services, you acknowledge that third-party providers may process your data under their respective privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

(a) No Guarantees: We do not guarantee employment outcomes for applicants or hiring success for employers.

(b) AI Limitations: Our AI is a decision-support tool and may not be error-free. We do not warrant that AI-driven assessments are 100% accurate or free from bias.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cantaloupe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services.
