A graduate of the IdeaVillage VILLAGEX accelerator, RallySea 2022, and the LSU Ourso School of Business (MBA), Joshua is a 2X Founder with extensive experience in software and startups, always striving to make a meaningful difference in the world.

Rich Simmerman, a two-time founder from New Orleans, is passionate about solving hard problems through technology. A graduate of the IdeaVillage VILLAGEX Accelerator, Propeller Impact Accelerator, and Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business (MBA, '24), Rich has successfully pitched and won startup concepts on major stages, including AWS Startups. His dedication to innovative solutions drives his entrepreneurial journey.
