It all started in New Orleans

The idea for Cantaloupe AI began with our founders' experiences working in hospitality.

I worked at a high-volume coffee shop in New Orleans for years. We constantly needed new people behind the counter. Even with hundreds of applicants, it still took forever to get someone started. Sorting through resumes, calling applicants, and trying to make predictions hurt both the applicants and the employer.
