How does Cantaloupe AI predict early turnover risk?

Our instant AI interviews assess key traits like personality, availability, work preferences, and soft skills—then compare those with known indicators of early turnover in hospitality. You’ll get a simple score showing each applicant’s fit before they ever step in the door.

Do applicants need to download anything?

No downloads or logins required to apply for a job. Every applicant gets a unique link via text or email and can instantly start the interview from any device.

How does pricing work?

Is Cantaloupe AI compliant with hiring laws?

Yes. Cantaloupe AI is built with compliance in mind. We follow EEOC and ADA guidelines and work with legal experts to ensure fairness and transparency in every interview. You remain in full control of hiring decisions.

Is Cantaloupe AI SOC-2 Compliant?

Not Yet - But we're working on becoming SOC-2 Compliant before the end of 2025.

Can this tool lead to discrimination or bias?

Our AI is trained to reduce bias—not reinforce it. We don’t use appearance, name, age, or any other protected characteristics in scoring. Every applicant is asked the same questions and evaluated on relevant work traits only.

What training is required to use Cantaloupe AI?

Little to None. The platform is designed to be plug-and-play. Your team gets a short onboarding call and a walkthrough dashboard. From there, you’re set to go. Most hiring managers are up and running in under an hour.
