About the Role

The Assistant Manager (AM) at Burger King Broadway is responsible for supporting the General Manager with the efficient daily operations of the restaurant. This role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. The AM plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, training team members, and facilitating smooth communication between the management and the staff. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will help drive sales initiatives and ensure that the restaurant is meeting its operational goals and financial targets.

What you'll do

  • Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and staff activities
  • Oversee inventory control and cash management processes
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Train, mentor, and motivate employees to enhance performance
  • Implement health and safety regulations to maintain cleanliness and food safety
  • Support the GM in achieving sales targets and operational goals
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
