About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, from menu creation and food preparation to staff management and cost control. This role requires creativity, leadership, and strong organizational skills.

What you'll do

  • Plan, develop, and update seasonal menus that align with the restaurant’s concept.
  • Lead and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality, presentation, and safety standards.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to control food costs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement kitchen systems to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate with management on pricing, special events, and promotions.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef, or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation.
  • Solid understanding of food cost, portion control, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred but not required).
