What you'll do
- Manage all aspects of event planning from initial consultation through execution and post-event follow-up Coordinate with internal departments such as catering, housekeeping, and front desk to ensure seamless event delivery Develop and maintain vendor relationships to secure quality services and negotiate favorable pricing Manage event budgets and contract negotiations to maximize profitability Provide on-site support during events to resolve any issues and ensure client satisfaction Plan logistic details including seating arrangements, timelines, and special requirements Ensure compliance with hotel policies and health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in luxury hospitality Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Budget management and negotiation proficiency Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to have
