While this is a non-technical position, the Associate will interact closely with internal teams to facilitate swift resolutions, contributing to overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and excellent organizational abilities. This role requires someone comfortable managing a diverse range of customer interactions during standard U.S. business hours, preferably in the Eastern Time Zone. What you'll do
- Answer and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and care
- Provide general information or direct inquiries to the correct internal teams
- Maintain accurate call logs and records
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and tech to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
- Support the overall customer experience by establishing a friendly and professional tone
- Assist in improving customer service processes through feedback and observations
