You will lead a team of skilled workers, providing mentorship and guidance while fostering a positive work environment that emphasizes safety and collaboration. As a Working Foreman, you will actively participate in regular safety meetings, contribute to a culture of safety, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Your leadership skills will be vital in coordinating daily operations, managing resources, and interacting with clients to ensure their needs are met. Communicating with the public and our Clients is a key aspect of this role. What you'll do
- Oversee daily operations of a project and ensure adherence to safety protocols Lead and mentor a team of utility construction workers
- Coordinate excavation and heavy equipment operations
- Interact with customers to address any concerns and enhance customer and client satisfaction
- Participate in planning and executing job tasks efficiently
- Conduct regular safety meetings and promote a culture of safety within the team Maintain organization and documentation for all project-related activities Communicate updates on project progression with superiors

Nice to have
- OSHA 30 certification
- CDL Class A or B license
- Underground Gas Construction
- Experience with PE fusion techniques
- Familiarity with job planning and execution in underground utility work
