Lenwich Manhattan is seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our dynamic team in our casual dining restaurant. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen and dining areas. Your primary responsibilities will include washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as ensuring that the area is organized and sanitized. You may assist in deliveries, taking out trash, and other general task. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. What you'll do
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Assist in the storage and organization of clean dishes and utensils
- Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a sanitary work environment
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to management
