About the Role
Lenwich Manhattan is seeking a reliable and hardworking Back of House team member to support our fast-paced, casual dining operations. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, ensuring smooth workflow and contributing to an excellent dining experience for our guests.
What you'll do
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dishwashing and kitchen areas
- Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking supplies
- Take out trash and perform general cleaning tasks
- Support basic food preparation, such as washing vegetables and chopping meat
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations

- Good time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
