About the Role

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Prepare and serve beverages and cafe menu items according to company standards.
• Accurately process customer orders and handle transactions through the POS system
• Maintain the appearance and organization of display and service areas throughout the day.
• Assist with plating, packaging, and serving a variety of items produced by the bakery and kitchen.
• Communicate effectively with back of house staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock front of house supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold all food safety and sanitation standards

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a cafe, bakery, or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Team-oriented attitude with commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
