About the Role We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you’ll help prepare and maintain safe, efficient job sites and assist skilled tradespeople in the construction of buildings and other structures. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality work and can handle the physical demands of construction. Key Responsibilities Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment. Mix, pour, and spread concrete as directed. Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other trades as needed. Operate tools and machinery such as jackhammers, earth tampers, and power tools safely. Keep the worksite clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned to support the crew and project goals. Qualifications 1–2 years of construction or related labor experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate). Basic knowledge of general safety practices on a job site. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and attention to detail. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Comfortable with bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay based on experience. What you'll do

  • Safely operate tools and equipment, including jackhammers, earth tampers, and various power tools
  • Assist with preparing, building, and maintaining work areas for each phase of the project
  • Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout the workday
  • Follow all safety procedures and immediately report any unsafe conditions to a supervisor
  • Support the crew with a variety of tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards
  • Take on additional duties as assigned to help meet project goals and deadlines

What we're looking for

  • Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and worksite safety protocols
  • Strong physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
  • Good communication skills to follow instructions and work well with a crew
  • Attention to detail in maintaining a clean and organized worksite
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic to complete tasks on time and to quality standards
