Pastry Production Team Member

About the Role

What you'll do

• Assist in the preparation of pastries, cookies, muffins, and other baked goods.
• Measure, mix, and portion ingredients according to recipes and production standards.
• Help with assembling and finishing products, including glazing, icing, and garnishing.
• Set up and restock pastry stations with necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Label, date, and store baked goods properly to maintain freshness and food safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
• Assist with packaging and preparing orders for delivery or display.
• Support the Pastry Chefs with daily production goals and special projects.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a bakery, cafe, or food production environment preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of baking techniques, scales and food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for quality and presentation.
• Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and work efficiently under pressure.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with early or weekend shifts.
