About the Role

The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold consistent quality and professionalism.

What you'll do

  • Develop and design creative and seasonal menus that appeal to a diverse clientele Manage daily kitchen operations including food preparation, plating, and inventory supervision Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to promote teamwork and professional growth Collaborate with management on budgeting, ordering, and cost control Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness Maintain consistency and quality of all dishes served Handle any kitchen-related issues and adapt quickly to changing demands

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef or Head Chef in a professional kitchen Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques Advanced food safety and hygiene certification Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a kitchen team Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Expertise in menu development and cost control

Nice to have

  • Experience with a variety of cuisines and modern culinary trends Familiarity with inventory management software Staff scheduling experience Passion for sustainable and locally sourced ingredients
