As the Social Media Manager, you will work closely with the marketing and guest services teams to develop campaigns aligned with our brand values and seasonal promotions. You will monitor social media trends, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact. What you'll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality multimedia content tailored to the hospitality audience
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and guest relations teams to align social media efforts with hotel promotions and events
- Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments promptly to build a loyal online community
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices within the hospitality industry
- Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns to optimize return on investment
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing social media accounts, preferably in hospitality or related industries
- Strong content creation skills including photography, video editing, and copywriting
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
