About the Role

Our commitment to quality starts with our Associates, who we believe are our greatest asset. We start all our new Associates at a minimum of $17.00 per hour. Through hard work and merit-based promotions, Associates can advance to higher positions with competitive salaries. We're looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! You'll work as part of a team to deliver the freshest, highest quality burgers and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Welcome customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service

Accurately take orders and handle cash transactions at the register

Prepare fresh food items following our precise quality standards

Work various stations including grill, fries, and drive-thru

Maintain cleanliness standards throughout your shift

Communicate effectively with team members during busy periods

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Assist with stocking and organizing supplies

Help train newer team members as you gain experience

What we're looking for

Must be at least 16 years old

Available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds

Clear communication skills

Basic math skills for handling cash

Commitment to following procedures exactly

Willingness to learn and grow with the company
