What you'll do
- Oversee daily operations of the boba tea shop to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Manage employee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies to prevent shortages or excess
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing to implement promotions and improve sales
- Monitor financial transactions and prepare sales reports for management review
