We just crossed a milestone that we’re proud of: our Net Promoter Score (NPS) has landed at +60 based on our first ten job seeker reviews. For context, anything above 50 is considered world-class.

This is not a vanity metric. It’s a signal that what we’ve built actually works for the people who matter most — the applicants. And not just white-collar office workers who are used to software tools. These are frontline, skilled trade, and service workers who may never have talked with an AI voice agent before.

Why this matters

Getting a high NPS from this audience tells us a few things:

  • The user experience is dead simple. People are able to hop into an interview instantly, no confusion, no friction.

  • The voice-first approach feels natural. Applicants don’t have to type, log in, or click through endless forms. They just talk — the same way they would in a human interview.

  • Trust can be earned. We often hear that frontline workers won’t engage with AI. Our early results prove the opposite when the experience is built around their needs.

Where we’re headed

This is only the beginning. Ten reviews is a small sample, but it’s enough to show a real pattern: applicants not only complete the process, they rate it highly afterward. As more people come through Clio, we’ll keep tracking this score and listening to what they say.
